2Member Eligibility

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Request from a relevant authority
• Actions deemed to be detrimental to the interests of the platform or other members
• Account closure request by the member themselves

If an account is closed at the member's request, any valid remaining balance will be returned once all reviews are complete. If closure is due to a terms violation, boleh888 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account.

11Limitation of Liability

Boleh888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical issues beyond the platform's control
• Game results disputed outside the 72-hour window from the date of the incident
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party use of an account due to the member's own negligence
• Any indirect, unforeseen losses or loss of profits

Boleh888's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the member's most recent deposit.
